- wants to win the cup with the first team

- will treat the young players the same as the seniors, has no worries about picking them if they're good enough

- wants our players to be louder more organised

- does not believe in the "fitness first, skills later" training methods we have seen the past

Its almost like he's looking through a list of complaints about worthy and just saying the opposite., maybe he is!
