Not at all...
if (as I suspect he's doing) tells the players to their face what they're doing right and what they're doing wrong... then no problem repeating that in public IMHO.
It will also indicate to him in the weeks to come those that wish to wear the yella and green with pride, or those that just want the cash.
I understand his man-management skills are superb, so I have no qualms about his public honesty.
