Pretty much not my problem either, as I'm support rather than development, but I do consultancy as well and am therefore expected to create accessble content.
And things are looking a bit s**t at NU nowadays... sorry I mean Aviva (as the adverts in London inform us, know in the UK as Norwich Union).
Can only be a matter of time before the name goes too.
