So in the space of one week with a new manager
We win an away game and keep a clean sheet and then our reserves (who whenever I watch them look like they are going through the motions and play poorly) produce their best display in years.
And worthy still being here wasn't holding us back!
I think the comments are spot on about the reserves below - they were motivated last night as they know there is a new manager who may give them a game if they play well. i can understand why they were demotivated before as they were not given a chance by Worthy (unless you count being allowed to travel with the first team on the coach as a chance!) regardless of how well they played.
My prediction is that Spillane will be in the team by the end of the season!
