I'd be interested to know about the interview process too

I think Grant is a good appointment however I'm confused by his statement that he was 'desperate' to become Norwich manager, I have no doubt that he is delighted to be here and keen to do well, however the local press has recently reported that he did not apply for the job. So either he is fibbing and was not desperate to get the job at all because if he was he would have been straight on the phone to apply, or pretty quickly after Worthingtons sacking the board phoned Grant before he had a chance to apply. I hope its the latter because I want to be able to trust Grant and dont want to be fed a lot of spin just because its what he thinks we want to hear.
