Old fart's question about Sky

I'm a new Sky subscriber. I've just about worked out how to turn it on now. Can anyone tell me if Sky show decent highlights of Championship games? And if so, when? I'm completely baffled by the sheer volume of football on there. There seems to be everything except what I want. (I subscribe to all the sports channels.)
