Guess you're not as clever as you think. The burden of proof is on the US government they are the one's fighting a 'war on terror' in Afghanistan and Iraq and killing thousands of civilians. To date they have provided no evidence of bin laden or al qaeda involvement. So much so that the FBI has had to admit in the last few months that they have no evidence that bin laden was even behind the attacks.
