Unpopular word but I think patience will be necessary

No not infinite patience but certainly in the short term. Granty may well have a fair indication and opinion on most of our squad, but he will have to give himself time to assess them. Also the back room staff. Yes I believe there will be changes but I don't actually expect him to march in tomorrow and sweep all the old regime away. I just hope the fans will give him the chance and not expect everything to be done in the next two weeks
