I would be most surprised if any of these....
....are seriously in the frame. For various reasons there is a risk factor attached to every name you mention so far as managing in the Championship is concerned. The last thing we need right now is a potential under-achiever with no track record in charge at this level. We want someone who has 'been there and done that!'
