Well, you're completely contradicting yourself there...
You say we shouldn't go for a coach without managerial experience, then you say we should go for David Williams!
Plus, Dave Penney has *lots* of the right kind of managerial experience, ie, managing very successfully at a level which gives him a knowledge of the better players in the lower leagues
