For me, there seems to only be one logical choice...
Dave Penney is the only name being banded about that I would be genuinely pleased to get. Tilson and Newell are ok and not too bad, but Penney has the potential.
Very similar situation to when we got O'Neill from Wycombe, Penney would be cheap but also has a proven track record, plays great football and would be keen to join Norwich.
