We've tried multi-culturalism, and we've discovered that the Muslim culture has a number of facets which make it hard for them to integrate with British society (eg the veil). So they don't integrate, and so some of their young men get disaffected, and a few of them get sufficiently disaffected to blow themselves up.

So he's advocating a retreat from multiculturalism
