Right, well use a site like www.torrentspy.com

to search for what you want, if you find what you're after, look for the "health" or "predicted speed" or whatever of the search results - this signifies how many people are contributing to the torrent swarm - the number of people swapping bits of the file. The higher the better.

Follow the "download this torrent" link and it should pop open your bittorrent client, which'll ask you where you want to save the file. ANd maybe some other stuff.

Then just let it do it's thing. You might want to tickle the preferences a bit.
