Chase bought 2 bits of land

One bit was bought from Boulton & Paul and thats the piece behind the River End and it linked up with a bit of land behind the old South stand (at the end nearest the river). Most of THIS PIECE of land (phase 1)has been sold and is currently being built on.

The other part of land he bought in the early 1990s allegedly for the Chase Dome comprised of the piece of land behind the Jarrold stand where Carrow Commercials use to lease from NCFC and part of the car park you can currently see if you stand behind the Jarrold stand. This bit of land is being lined up for Phase 2 development by NCFC and its developer(s).

Phase 2 outline plans can be seen in City Hall Planning Dept.

Delia's regime has bought the land that's a bit further out from the Jarrold stand and forms part of the car park, the long building that still stands, one or more buildings still in use by the company that took over the old LSE from FKI and a bit more.

The land bought from the City Council for ?0.9m I believe was where the kids playground was located and part of phase 2 will see the kids playground located elsewhere within the development.

THE RIVERSIDE DEVELOPMENT is the area bordered
by Morrisons and the swiming pool on the Carrow side and contains flats, shops and clubs between Carrow Rd and the railway station.
