So what has the new manager got to do??

In my opinion the new manager has to....

1. Drop Doc and give hucks the captains armband( maybe d.d centre back?)
2. Get Shackell's confidence back and a decent partner at the back( no ashton jokess!!) maybe O'brien.
3 . Get some creativity in midfield... we have 5 centre midfielders and they are all what i would call "defensive minded" midfielders.
4. New RB- Whether flem could do a temp job?, maybe wright from wigan
5. Still the same problems that worthy never fixed( wasn't given funds to be fair)

I would also like the say thanks to nigel for everything he did. He tried to protect his players and was loyal to them. Had to laugh that when his arse was on the line he turned to Hughes and thorne!! Speaks volumes that Hucks played as he did on sun!! Thanks for the good times worthy... greeno international, hucks, crouch , ashton, francis, prem footie!
