Curbs - just can't see it. Why would he jack Charlton in and come here. He'll get a top Prem job before the end of the season.

Other two - yes. I'd rather see us going for a good up and coming manager rather than someone whose already been around the block (eg Robson or Reid) or someone with no great track record in management but just happened to play for us.

One exception - George Graham. At least he'd sort the defence out and has a great track record. Why has he been overlooked by all for so long.
