There are those of us who would have sacked him halfway through the prem season, then definitely at the end of the Prem season, then after 10 games the following season, then again in November that season, then in March of that season, then in the summer, and finally now.
Many, many opportunities to sack him passed, with money being pissed up the wall on players like Thorne and Hughes.
But, he's gone now so we can all look foward again.
