The Board, please don't let any big names manager to manage us
liked Kevin Keegan, Bryan Robson or Alex McLeish! Because you know what, they won't have money to spend, and they will walk very soon.
Bring in former players will be good because liked many national teams, they got their big hero to manage them was because they want to use their reputation and brilliant to inspire the players. I would say Mark Bowen, Ian Crook, Rob Newman and Iwan Roberts would be a brave and right choice. The current older players know them, and surely the academy players know them too.
Most importantly was they were Norwich players before, they know we do not have money to spend!!!
