the board are
at least as much to blame for this shambles as us.
We could still go down this year unless the right appointment is made.
Earnshaw is our only threat and WILL leave in jan and our defence is shambolic. We have no depth and lack confidence.
The boadr should have acted last year befiore it came to rhis.
