OK...

1) I wouldn't play anyone in my team who appears has an 'attitude problem', allegedly disrespects me, and who might think they're cock of the walk because they're a first teamer now. I want to see a good work ethic from them before I put their name on the team sheet again. ;-)

2) I want alot of aggression and fight in mid-field...so it's Saffers and Desmond for me with Hucks and Crofty either side.

3) 4-4-2 everytime. Width hurts. End of.
