OK, how's this

- no taking away the success of his early years
- always questions over his tactics, but his promotion team was greater than the sum of its parts
- he broke it up, brought in replacements who didn't perform, often due to being in the wrong position (or not at all)
- he can't seem to get players in - almost all other clubs seem better at this than us
- some of his big signings have been really good. A lot of his signings could have been good but he's played people out of position
- a stronger board would have got rid last year
- almost any other board would have got rid over the summer
- 2-game ultimatum isn't fair on Worthy and makes no objective sense for anyone. He should go now. But if the Board is backing him they need to say "be top six by Christmas" or something like that

Of course you won't have time to get all that across. The key technique is ABC - Answer, Bridge, Communicate. So work out what you're trying to communicate, then get to it from whatever question they ask.

I suggest the key message is that it's clear to everyone it's time for a change and further delay is fair neither to him nor us.

Good luck with it
