I've had a stab at putting together a list of Worthy's transfer dealings. It's very difficult to work the money out because of the secrecy and spin (eg Doncaster telling us all after the Deano sale that it hadn't resulted in any money for the club after Crewe's cut, agents' fees, blah blah).

Anyway, here's my best effort. Please feel free to point out anyone I've omitted or any disagreements over price.
