We need someone desperate for an opportunity, or someone that wants the job

For me, I'd like to appoint a former player, probably a midfielder, as there is nothing wrong with looking for someone that chosen that field first before signing defenders

Crook fits that bill, along with a lot of other players

Magilton has just proven how 9 games in he can get a team with bugger all resources winning. Something in reality, Worthington has never known how to do
