It's pretty harsh to look back on Curbishley as some also ran that has got it wrong over the last few years. He won't be spending ?3 million on Euell, or ?10m on Rommadahl at Norwich. More likely he'll switch back to the role he was good at, getting Charlton out of this division twice, and keeping them easily in the premiership
