OK let's all get a little ahead of ourselves...

Time to start speculating on next managers folks. This is the most sensible list of people I can think of who are either out of work - or genuinely likely to be poached from elsewhere.

Obviously I think we'd all take Curbishley but accept that is unlikely. I just have half a feeling about Mark Bowen. Many brum fans credit his departure with their slide down the table - and he must have made a huge impact at Blackburn with their 6th spot last year. Of course this does not necessarily a manager make - but if he ever is to become a manager, surely he could not do better than a return to Norfolk? Also I've got a funny idea that Graham Taylor would do a similar job as Dave Jones right now..

In no particular order:

1. Alan Curbishley
2. Mark Bowen
3. Kevin Keegan
4. Brian Kerr
5. Dave Penney
6. Steve Tilson
7. Mike Newell
8. Glen Hoddle
9. Alex McLeish
10. Graeme Souness
11. David O'Leary
12. Graham Taylor
13. George Graham
+
14. Alan Pardew (if it all kicks off at West Ham and he resigns)
