Vote of no confidence

I don?t believe that Nigel can survive this vote of no confidence, even if we win both games handsomely. The trust that was there between manager and board has now gone and it will take a long time to be re established, if ever.

Personally I think that Nigel has been a tremendous manager for us, apart from last season. I will be sorry to see him go, but pleased that he has gone. Bit of a parallel here with that nice Mr Blair, just stayed on too long when a clean and amicable parting could have been made, but is now impossible.
