No team motivation, no leadership and a continual lack of appropriate strategy. There is a big need for fresh thinking. Bring on the new. What the hell does he tell the team at half-time? Unlike the opposition, they often come out and play worse in the second half. The support is there, the attendances are good and the squad has some potential. All that is needed is someone new at the top. Sooner the better.
