I seem to remember us laughing when Ipswich appointed Magilton

a charismatic young manager, who is full of passion, has the full backing of the fans, who has picked up good young players for relatively little money, who inspires his team, and who has made clever loan signings.

This is a guy with no football management experience whatsoever and who is simply an experienced international player who gives 100%

He is already putting Worthy to shame !
