I think what bothers me most about Worthy...
(apart from the sheer lack of personality)
is the total absence of any admission of personal responsibilty. Ever.
When something goes wrong (giving away 2 goal leads, endless hoofball etc) it's always because the players haven't followed his instructions.
This is so common I can't help but ask "what is the point of a manager who so frequently can't get players to follow his instructions?" I mean you could be the most brilliant tactician ever (and I think we are agreed Worthy is not that) but it would still be rather pointless if you can't get players to do what you say.
