as i heard "nearly every Southend player is in the Norwich half" i was thinking to myself, bring Jarvis on and go 4-4-2!!!!!

Hughes sounds like he was totally out on his feet, and playing Jarvis and Earnshaw up would have either brought 3 defenders back, or 2 strikers totally free.

I know it's ok saying this after the game, but it was so f**king clear what was needed it's actually laughable.

That's where Worthington lets us down imo, he's still haunted by the Sutch sub in the play-off final.
