Fucking fatties

Steve in Holland's link User Posted Link made me wonder if anyone here is a fattyf**ker - if so, can you clear up a confusion I've long had.

How do you know you're hitting the right spot and not just thrusting away at some sweaty fold of skin or other?

Also, is there a risk of a fart becoming trapped within the folds and subsequent jigging activity releasing the noxious gaseous substances causing instant hypoxia and possible death?
