Total fantasy land. Unless your income is substantially increased at the same time, you don't reduce debt by getting stupidly large salaires off your books (and they STILL haven't finished doing that anyway), all you do is stop the bleeding.
They've sold nobody of any significant value in the past two years, their crowds are smaller than ours and the parachute payments are finished.
It's yet more Ken Bates lies, using Blackwell as his stooge. The best that's likely to have happened is that the debt has been 'restructured' into a different form, allowing them to claim that their 'old' debt is gone.
Bates is the biggest crook in football. Despite suckling on Matthew Harding's millions he bankrupted Chelsea, who were going out of business until the Russki rode to the rescue.
Soon enough Leeds fans will be looking upon the Ridsdale era as halcyon days, you wait.
