good question...
and dunno the answer!
i'm guessing though that the country you were born in might have more relevance then that of your parents,
but if you were to play for Ireland or hold an Irish passport (which is something i'm thinking of getting just to avoid having to stump up for an ID card when i next have to renew my British one...) then f**k knows where that'd leave you either!
