Not sure how many of them are making the trip...
...but try e-mailing poshcanaries@hotmail.com seeing if there's any spaces in cars going up - usually around two to three cars make away games though, sometimes to Carrow Road for the home games but that's usually in the car.
I'll get in touch with them to make sure they check the inbox!
