If you want to be arrested by the police for money laundering or have your bank account milked go for it.
This type of email is usually sent by criminals designed to get you to release your bank details which they can then use for their own benefit and your detriment eg milking your bank account or cloning your identity.
They are designed to appeal to on the least attractive of human characteristics - greed.
