Handle a very troublesome customer in my overnight shift yesterday

You know I work in card center, that man hold my lines for 2 hours long and need to complaint, I told him there was no duty manager here until 9am, so start from 6am, he hold our hotline for 2 hours long! I need to contact my superviser, my manager to try to sort it out. Of course the customer and the manager did say some FUCKING AND SHITTING about my performance.

But at the end of the day, I would not lose my job and get fired, that's the main thing to be very honest.

You get paid and you know sometimes, you must face some trouble...
