Blazer & tie in the bar, etc.?
If it's just a little boat, you may be better off keeping it on your trailer, especially if you've got some space at home. Most places charge per foot per week (At least they do at home) and there's not a lot of space on the broads. An uncle of mine kept his little yacht up a creek belonging to a farmer he knew, and it even had a sort of car-port for the boats to live under. That sort of thing is no doubt massively cheaper and less snobby, but bloody hard to find.
Keeping the boat out of the water should also save you on painting and sanding!
