Early days but WBA lost, and there doesn't seem to be a team....

that is head and shoulders above the rest in this league.

Cardiff are top, Brum lost at the wk, Soton are doing ok but not flying and Palace are doing ok but no side looks like it can run away with the league which is encouraging.

I believe that on the basis of our first 11 we could win this league or get automatic promotion. But, and there is the big problem unless we strenghten the squad we can forget it.

I really hope the board push the boat out a bit because we have a great chance this season and with the parachute payments running out WE have to go for it a bit this year surely?

The board must recognise that we have a very good chance of promotion this season? Ambition must take precedence over prudence for this season at least.
