then i feel that we have the right to moan about it if we do sign him.

Let us not forget how woeful Sunderland are. Quinn even said last week that alot of their players who played in the defeat at Southend weren't good enough for the Championship let alone the Premier league, and this guy can't even get in the Sunderland first team. This says it all.

Also if we did sign him it would piss alot of people off because it would demonstrate more prudence and little ambition on the boards behalf. Something of which we are starting to see too much off imo.
