Pretty optimistic position to finish considering

we all went down thinking we were the dogs bollocks, all thought we would run away with the league, realised we were having a s**t season and the sooner last season was over the better. Best time to make drastic changes to squad/tactics/style of play etc is surely during the summer. That's what seems to have happened..... who would've guessed.

Past performance is certainly a good predictor for future events, but people are a bit more dynamic than most Norfolk inbreds. People, especially successful managers. generally develop as time goes on, and lessons are learnt.
