He has one point
It is rather rich for a "fan" of one of the largest clubs in the country and one who certainly regularly play attractive football to moan that his team is "crap" after one dodgy result. Particularly when the stadium will pay for itself in the short-to-medium term (In 5 years I think I heard?) and then fund greater investment in the team.
As for the rest, it is exactly what he accuses Richard Balls of - pompous, curmugeonly crap, written soley to grind a few axes.
And may I ask just what the f**k Mr Waghorn, Norwich City Supporter and Uber-Journalist Extraordinaire, was doing bumming around The Arse when City are playing Derby?
