I genuinely am making every effort to

1. Think before I post
2. Not always insist on having the last word
3. Stop winding people up for the fun of it.
4. Only comment when I have something semi interesting to say - which I appreciate is not very often.

Thats why Ive not been posting much, cos I am trying not to piss people off anymore!
