I haven't actually thought a great deal about Leon in general

We signed him form a league one side and he looked ok for us stepping up, and then in the prem he got a couple of goals to show he might be improving, then came all the injury and personal trouble

He has proved to be worth what we paid for, he was important for us in the promotion season and he was at times good for us in the prem. That's worth 400k (I used to think it was 600k but we chose not to play him against crewe to stop financially struggled peterborough from getting the extra cash, this is in a week where we were squabbling about a clauses in contracts about west ham qualifying for europe and ashton money for england. We dicked peterborough, how must they have felt about missing out on 200k when we were about to get 30 million for going up in the prem?)

Leons done his bit for this club, you get what you pay sometimes, we paid 200k for francis and got s**t loads more, but he like you say got tonnes of s**t too

I have the same argument about Thorne but its not valid, he was free and it hasn't worked out cos he got injured. I barely see any s**te thrown at Loius Jean. It's just fans and football
