to Parkin with they player allowed to talk to anyone bidding in excess of 500k. What doews worthy mean monitoring the situation?? have we got a bid in or is this the traditional smokescreen??

P.s judjing by his comments on Commons he will be signing. "we like him as a player" exactly what he said about Jarrett obviously this summers line!
