I can't help feeling that is a little bit ridiculous

Sure, he's playing well as has been particularly impressive on the North American hardcourts, but I'd put these players above him

Federer
Nadal
Roddick
Ljubicic
Ancic
Blake

and then there are a few others (Davydenko etc) who I think he's on a par with right now
