Even though it was a scrape!

I really could have down without what I went through today; I got my grades, discovered what they were and rang up the University. I was told that the chances of me getting in were slim, but there was still a chance. I rung up Hull, my insurance choice and they'd accepted me.

I went home, decided to look at some available linguistics courses on the net and York suddenly rung; the admissions tutor said I'd got a place and that I had to buy him a pint!

Eventful, nerve-wracking, but got there in the end :D
