West Ham fa cup for me

We'd just given Liverpool a good game, but for 2 silly giveaway defencive errors we lost

Helveg was given his long overdue start at right back, mulryne and safri in the middle, players were up for it

We weren't frightened of a team, and holt wasn't doing kabaddi with the others following suit

Crow came on and had no fear, Jarvis did a good finish. Things looked promising for the next few months even though we had injuries

The week after, Worthington didn't rest players for the Fa cup, we left that game with long term knocks for Helveg (who went back to centre midfield when he's been brilliant at right back) and Bentley

It meant the next league game was the return of holt, the return of being frightened of a team. I'll never forget that
