Still not convinced

Great to see us passing and moving again but I'm still not convinced by our defence.

Gallacher looks a very good shot stopper but I am worried that he is a bit on the weak side when coming to catch or punch corners and crosses. A couple of times yesterday he tried to climb over players to get to crosses and he got nowhere near and ended on his arse. I think clubs will get wise to this and put a lot of pressure on him.

Collin is terrible and cost us the 2nd goal yesterday by not tracking his man back who started the move.
His positional play is terrible and he does not want the ball. He looked like a rabbit in the headlights at times yesterday and worthy to his credit spotted it and took him off.

Drury was very poor yesterday. Carlos Edwards took him to the cleaners until drury nearly took his head off.

Shackell has all the attributes but tends to switch off during games and this will prove costly.

Doc was ok but he does tend to back off players to compensate for his lack of pace. Vines goal was a good example of this.

All in all though its great to be excited about watching Norwich instead of the feeling of dread I got every game last year.
