Now this is what bugs me a little...

i hear that alot, you can't play the same against every team etc etc. why do we always have to change our system to adapt to other teams? i want us to find a settled team and formation,stick to it...and play to the the strenths of that team. how do we get continuity and an understanding of one an other if we change our formation and tactics game by game.
