Worthy In

For the rest of this month at least.

I know we lost at the weekend, but the signs were much better. On any other day we'd have been ahead at half time, and at long last it seemed we were trying to knock it about on the ground.

Pre-season's gone okay - if someone had offered me Croft and Hunter and the kids at the end of last season, I'd have taken it.

We've got the best striker in the league in Thorne, Etuhu and Robinson are improving, we finally have a right midfielder and England's Number Three is still to return.

If September comes and its a shambles, then fine, Worthy Out, but until then he's got my full backing.

I happen to think Preston'll be 0-0, especially if we play 4-5-1 at Carra, and I fear for the rest of the season if people start getting on backs tomorrow night.
